"You," "Your," "Customer" refers to the individual or entity using our Services.

"Products" refers to all electronics, accessories, and services offered for sale.
"Personal Data" has the meaning prescribed under the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.

4. Purchase Terms
4.1 Product Information
We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
4.2 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it simply confirms that we have received your order.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Payment & Pricing
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash on Delivery (within Nairobi)
- Cash payment at our physical store
5.2 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. Payment data is handled by certified third-party payment processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
5.3 Failed Payments
If payment authorization fails, your order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from payment issues.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (KSh 300)
- Express Shipping (Nairobi): Same-day or next-day delivery (KSh 800)
- Store Pickup: Free at our IBEA Building location
6.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery and reporting any damage immediately.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened software or digital products
- Personalized or customized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items without original receipt or proof of purchase
7.2 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. M-Pesa refunds are typically faster (1-2 days), while card refunds may take up to 7 days depending on your bank.
7.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
8. Warranties
8.1 90-Day Repair Warranty
We provide a 90-day repair warranty on laptops, desktops, printers, and tablets purchased from us. This warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, drops, or accidents
- Water or liquid damage
- Software issues or virus infections
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
8.2 Manufacturer Warranties
Many products come with manufacturer warranties. These warranties are separate from our warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
8.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated above, all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Your privacy and data protection are paramount to us. We are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Doscom Solutions or our licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Doscom Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation of liability does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Kenyan law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
13.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kenya, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services.
