How It Works
Pay 40% Deposit
Make a 40% deposit of the total device price to reserve your item and start the plan.
3 Monthly Installments
The remaining 60% balance is split into 3 equal monthly payments over the next 3 months.
Collect Your Device
Once full payment is completed, your device is released to you. It’s that simple!

1. Payment Structure
- A 40% deposit of the total item price is required to initiate the plan.
- The remaining 60% balance is payable within 3 months from the deposit date.
- The outstanding balance will be divided into 3 equal monthly installments.
2. Collection of Item
The device will only be released to the customer after full payment has been completed. Your device is securely reserved and held for you throughout the payment period.
3. Late Payments
- If the outstanding balance is not fully cleared within the 3-month period, a late payment charge of 20% per month will apply only to the outstanding balance.
- The charge applies immediately after the due date, regardless of weekends or public holidays.
- An additional 20% applies for each subsequent month of delay.
Example
If the remaining balance is KSh 5,000, the payable amount immediately after the due date becomes KSh 6,000 (KSh 5,000 + 20% late fee of KSh 1,000).
4. Device Reservation & Change Policy
- Once a device is reserved under this plan, it is held specifically for the customer.
- If the customer requests to change the reserved device after 1 month from the deposit date, a service fee of 25% of the total price of the original device will apply.
- The customer will receive the new device after full payment has been completed.
- Device changes are not allowed after 2 months from the deposit date.
- All deposits are non-transferable except as provided under these terms.
5. Refund Policy
- If the customer cancels the plan and requests a refund, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount paid will be deducted.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the date of the refund request.
6. Default & Cancellation
- Failure to make payments as agreed may result in cancellation of the plan and applicable charges.
- The company may retain any applicable penalties and apply the refund policy as outlined above.
7. General Terms
- All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
- Customers are encouraged to pay before the due date to avoid any penalties.
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of the plan and applicable charges.
