90-Day Repair Warranty

When you purchase laptops, desktops, printers, or tablets from Doscom Solutions, you're covered by our comprehensive 90-day repair warranty. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you have a worry-free experience with your new tech!

What's Covered

Our 90-day warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions that occur under normal use, including:

What's NOT Covered

To maintain the integrity of our warranty program, the following are NOT covered:

  • Physical damage, drops, or accidents (cracked screens, dents, etc.)
  • Water or liquid damage of any kind
  • Software issues, virus infections, or operating system problems
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic blemishes)
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling
  • Accessories (cases, chargers, headphones) unless defective on arrival
  • Lost or stolen devices

  • Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
  • Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
  • Device must be returned in its original condition without modifications.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Manufacturer Warranties
